We thought we'd give you a little taster of what will be in store for you trail runners!!!
Opposite is the famous St Bees head … and yes, you will be running/walking/crying up it, and then sometime later you will be running/plummeting/screaming down it, to finish on the beach at the same place you start. Hopefully all that wet water stuff won't be there or we may need to call on the Lifeboat lads for more than just a cheeky smile.

Instead of clicking on the slideshow I would recommend clicking on the first picture and then scrolling down until the left/right arrows, the picture and the text below it are all visible. Then use the left/right arrows to walk through the album. The slideshow tends to be too fast, but its your choice.
