Facilities

For your eventing pleasure, the following facilities are available, either provided by us or part of the village in general.

• Large pay and display car park (bring change for a ticket)
• Teas and Cakes stalls (bring more change)
• Public Toilets (but best bring your own toilet roll)
• Picnic area, benchs and play park
• Beach Cafe
• Seacote hotel and bar
• Beach (can't take credit for it but the tide will be out so bucket and spade a possibility)
• Four other pubs in the village
• Village shop
• 1 or 2 restaurants
• Train Station (with no trains on a sunday - go figure!)
• Seacote hotel, Stonehouse Farm, Fairladies Barn, the pubs and a few other places for B&B
• Hospital only 3 miles away (just in case!)
• No petrol station in village but several in Whitehaven and Egremont (few miles away)
